Nexter Munitions is developing ammunition that will meet the future requirements of the French Army and overseas armies in terms of artillery, tank, and medium-calibre ammunition.
It also supplies basic pyrotechnic components and subassemblies to manufacturers of missiles, rockets, fuses, torpedoes, etc. Its comprehensive range of ammunition and concomitant synergies make Nexter Munitions one of the few European ammunition suppliers able to sustain a genuine capacity for design and innovation.

  • Tank ammunition

    120mm tank ammunitionIn service with the French Army and in a number of armies around the world, the 90mm, 105mm or 120mm tank ammunition ranges offer proven reliability and high terminal effectiveness. Nexter Munitions is constantly upgrading its products to meet changing user requirements. The 120 KETPG and 120 HE-T Mk II rounds underline this commitment to developing its range of tank ammunition in the fields of practice rounds and high-explosive rounds respectively.








  • Artillery ammunition

    LU211 IMNexter Munitions supplies a comprehensive range of artillery ammunition. Its NATO standard 105mm and 155mm rounds and 100mm Naval rounds are in service with many armed forces.

    The family of LU 211 155mm modular high-explosive rounds delivers two range capabilities in a single shell. The use of an improved time-delay fuse gives the ammunition a hard target destruction capability.
    Developed and produced in conjunction with BAE Systems Bofors Defence of Sweden, Bonus is a precision anti-tank round carrying two smart warheads. These combine stable flight, rapid scanning and immediate detection and triggering, giving Bonus unrivalled kill probability.
