This sector is oriented toward full systems integrators.

It includes a wide spectrum of products ranging from medium-calibre weapons systems for the Army, Air Force or Navy, to armaments and equipment for ground force armoured systems, to the upgrade of small-calibre infantry weapons.
  • Aeronautical equipment sector

    The aeronautical equipment sector proposes a wide range of medium-calibre products for helicopters and aircraft, capable of meeting the armed forces’ new requirements.

    Tigre THL30 (© Jérôme Deulin / Eurocopter)The THL 30 (Tiger) and THL 20 turrets destined to equip the attack and multi-role helicopters are characterised by their lightness and the precision of their servo-control by the helicopter’s firing control.

    The 30M550 gun family equips all the Mirages 3/5/2000 in service worldwide.
    The 30M791, the only single-barrel gun in the world firing 2500 rounds / minute, the latest product developed, equips the Rafale, the flagship of the DASSAULT range.

    Finally, Nexter Systems today proposes a range of 20mm equipment (NC621 pod, new SH20 light retractable port mount), based on the low recoil force 20M621 gun.

  • Land Equipment Sector

    In the field of land equipment, Nexter Systems is focusing its offering along three lines in which its expertise is acknowledged.

    Supply / Upgrading of turrets:

    25mm turret (Tarask) TS90 turrets.
    This turret is the turret adopted by the French Army to equip the future infantry fighting vehicles (VBCI, Armoured Infantry Fighting Vehicle).

    Protection:
    DEMETER

    Stemming from the DEMETER technology, the ADEVE kit enables a magnetic mine decoy system easily integratable on any carriers to be proposed.
    Nexter Systems also proposes a wide range of solutions intended for the protection of vehicles. Eurosatory was the occasion for presenting its new passive protection solution against the RPG threat.



    Machining of barrels:
    NEXTER Systems has acknowledged competence and is currently working with CMI (90mm barrel) and TDA (120mm mortar).

  • Naval equipment sector

    15A-15BTo meet the self-defence requirements of fighting vessels like the requirements of the sea police, Nexter Systems has developed a range of mounts employing its medium- calibre guns. The 15A and 15B ultra-light manual mounts combine remarkable effectiveness and very easy integration.






    NARWHALThe NARWHAL (Naval Remote Weapon Highly Accurate Lightweight) remotely-operated naval system is a system of modular design, consisting in its basic configuration of a 3-axis gyrostabilised turret equipped with a 20mm gun, a day and night camera and a remotely-operated firing control unit.




  • Infantry Equipment Sector

    FAMASNexter Systems’ infantry equipment activities are focused on the combatant’s personal or collective support armament. The low-profile FAMAS is the first development of the FAMAS assault rifle, in service in the French Army, into a rifle which will carry in time the man/machine interfaces of the future Félin combatant.

    In order to provide support for equipment in service, Nexter Systems currently proposes an upgrading of the 7.62 NF-1 machine gun in service in the French Army.
